Shipping and Return Policy
Shipping Policy
We currently ship within the continental United States. All orders are shipped via USPS from California. Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, Amal K Skincare is no longer responsible for lost, delayed, or stolen packages.
We offer FREE USPS First Class shipping on all orders over $100 and under 1 lb total weight, and FREE USPS Ground shipping on all orders over $100 and over 1 lb, within the continental United States.
Orders are typically processed within 24–48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays).
Orders placed after 11 AM PT on Friday or over the weekend will begin processing the following Monday.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.
Please Note:
All sales are final.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered by USPS.
Packages that are refused or not accepted will not be refunded. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at amalskinglow@gmail.com with photos of the issue and your order number. We’ll gladly replace the item or issue store credit.

Return & Exchange Policy
At Amal K Skincare, we want you to love your skincare. While we do not accept returns due to the nature of our products, we offer:
Product exchanges or
Store credit, valid for 60 days after purchase.
If your product isn’t the perfect fit, we’ll help guide you to one that is.
To request an exchange:
In-person exchanges are available at our studio.

Please note:
Gift cards and facial treatments are final sale and non-refundable.
Appointment cancellations
To reschedule or cancel an appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice or no-shows may result in a 100% service charge. We understand that emergencies happen and will do our best to accommodate rescheduling when possible.
Before Your In-Studio Treatment
Your comfort and safety are our top priority — please communicate openly with your esthetician before and during your treatment. Please inform your esthetician if:
You have any allergies or skin sensitivities.
You’re currently taking photosensitizing medications, antibiotics, blood thinners, or Accutane.
You're under the care of a dermatologist.
You have specific skin concerns or goals you'd like to focus on.
You’re using any active skincare products (retinoids, AHAs/BHAs, etc.).
